Ajengan is an authentic Melbourne-based Balinese catering business that was launched earlier this year by Kadek Dodi and Komang Mia from their apartment. Starting as a passion project for both, the culinary business has gained popularity among Indonesians and Melburnians who've been craving for the authentic taste of Balinese food. But Ajengan has a bigger mission than just satisfying taste buds, they are also supporting local Balinese through their collaboration with Peduli Sesama Philanthropic Work.
